Received a $40 off promotional coupon through text and discovered the prices were deliberately increased when using the provided link that came with the coupon. Almost dollar for dollar and in some cases far more than what their regular website shows. I'm so disgusted that I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I was on track to spending over $2000 this year on purchases from this site and it might not seem like much now but over two/three years, that's a lot of money.

While I like Fragnet l continuously have issues with their App. The App often will not complete the sales transaction after payment is made. Leaves PayPal with a hanging transaction. The Apps Search feature is very finicky. Search for a brand, misspell the fragrance by a letter -> often won't find it. Go from Cart to find something else to buy -> continuously routed back to cart despite having moved forward subsequently with a brand and then fragrance search. Great place, bad app.

App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!
